• Organizing Weekly Player Meetings to guide and discuss your son's growth athletically and academically. In a one-on-one environment, Most Valuable Player helps him truly define what he is looking for. So together we can find the right school where he can play and get the college degree we are looking for. Educate and guide him on how to evaluate colleges, college coaches, as well improve his techniques used as he speaks with college coaches.
• Organizing Family Conferences to identify, educate, and organize a plan to help you and your son reach his goals. The Conferences help everyone understand our step-by-step approach, offering the flexibility for change, but ensure we are always moving forward to helping him find the right college where he can play baseball. Conferences can be as often as necessary; bi-weekly, weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. The key is doing what it takes to meet his dream.

I want your son to understand what it takes to deal with Success, as well Failure and use them both to improve as an athlete. In addition, it is essential he understand the art of hitting regardless whether your son is a positional player or pitcher. Success depends upon it.
